Please kindly note that Sample Sale items may have minor defects. These items are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged. 

We hope you love your product, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item for UK and within 21 days for International.  All returns need to be received in the original packaging (dust bag, tags), unused and in resalable condition.

We do not accept liability for packages damaged during return transit. Please note it is your responsibility to wrap items securely to prevent damage.

Please contact our customer support team providing your order number, the item/s you have returned, and a picture or scan of your proof of postage receipt. The cost of your delivery for return/exchange will be refunded to your original payment method after receiving and inspecting item/s.

If you wish to exchange an item, please kindly note that the delivery cost for the First exchange is Free. Any subsequent exchanges will be at your own expense.

Any refunds/exchanges can take up to 3 business days to be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Just like with returns for a refund, items returned for an exchange typically should not incur import VAT or customs duties. However, please be aware that the new item may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival to your destination, which are your responsibility. Clearly mark the package as "Returned Item for Exchange" on the customs declaration form to avoid any unnecessary import VAT or customs duties. 

If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.
